Summary

プラグインで通知のviewをいじれるようにしたい

イメージ的にはregister_note_view_interruptorのように通知を弄れるようにしたい

Purpose

なにかと通知が荒れがちだがユーザー側で条件に当てはまる通知だけ消したりしたい場合がある

これあると通知を起点にスクリプトの実行が可能になるな、これも利点になりうるかも
