Follow requests should be shown when carefulBot is true
💡 Summary
I used to have a problem with the menu button indicator not disappearing no matter what I did.
One time, I had set the Follow requests require approval, and when I went to the Follow Requests page and saw that there was still a follow request that was not even shown in the notification. When I approved that request, the indicator on the menu button finally disappeared.
I had previously set follow requests from the Bot to be manually approved. I don't see that setting item now, but I have confirmed that it is true from the Raw section of the user information.
The issue of follow requests not showing up in notifications when carefulBot is true should be resolved separately, but I think the button to display the follow request list page should also appear when carefulBot is true.

The Follow requests button should appear if carefulBot is true.
🤬 Actual Behavior
The button doesn't appear if carefulBot is true.
