Easier translation

Currently it seems that the english translation is seemingly maintained in a separate subdirectory, which means lots of duplicate work when changing things as they could easily drift out of sync. A proper i18n framework would probably be useful. It is also hard to get into Misskey as a non-Chinese speaker since the translation does not even cover the menus :/

Such a framework was used before but it caused many issues when translating whole documents.

To clarify, the Crowdin tool is no longer being used, and translation for English is being done manually in the en/ sub-directory now?

User interfaces for the web client are still translated on Crowdin (see misskey/locales) but other guides, API docs are translated here at misskey-hub, and yes, under en/.
