How to detect loading of Picker?

I'm using picker with radix-ui popover (https://www.radix-ui.com/primitives/docs/components/popover). The problem is that when I open popover, its very narrow becase of the picker not being loaded. How can I check whether picker laoded successfully so that I could replace loader by the picker?
