emp3.api.AirControlMeasure Orbit can only accept 2 points for the graphic

In Leaflet the ACM (orbit) can only be drawn as a 2 point graphic, and does not accept multi-point coordinate entries. When editing the ACM (orbit), only 2 points appear on the line, with no intermediary points.
