Support for --export-latex

I usually use the --export-latex feature:

inkscape -D -z --file=image.svg --export-pdf=image.pdf --export-latex

But in this case I need to include my figure as follow:

\def\svgwidth{\columnwidth}
\input{image.pdf_tex}

Is this possible?
