Junk Block & Backwards Compatibility

Update the parser to treat #(.+) as a junk block identifier.

This will allow us to add new interpreter directives in the future without breaking backward compatibility.

eg. If we chose to add a new directive #@ [email protected] as an email block (jokes) then it will currently break older scripts.
