Issues with regristration on the localization website

Hi! I want to contribute with a Swedish translation but there are some issues regarding the registration. I can't log in with my GitHub account and it looks like the confirmation e-mail never arrives if I register with a new account.

I can confirm that new registrations seem to be disabled right now. I have contacted the host about this problem.
