Biome generator does not show an error for empty strings

Hello! I wish I could just do this by myself but I don't have the time and space to install two more frameworks on my computer.

So to put it shorty there are two problems.

1. Minecraft only accepts biome features in arrays
2. Minecraft doesn't like if a list has a 0 length 0 in it aka [""]

These can be fixed by looking at the minecraft logging console which shows the following:
