Add external sample name to Samples, Libraries and Library Aliquots tables

It would be really nice to see the external sample name in Samples, Libraries and Library Aliquots tables on the various pages where these tables are displayed. I currently need to download the Tracking List Excel file for a selection of samples/libaries or go to individual sample/library pages for this info.

External name has been added to the Samples list as of v1.37.0, but not the Libraries or Library Aliquots lists yet
