Controllers without route and stuff
hi
I've been using your seed, and I quite like it. but now I'm trying to do the following:

<head></head>
<body>
<header ng-controller="NavController">
<!-- html to be handled by NavController -->
</header>
<div ng-view></div>
<!-- all scripts-->
</body>
</html>
So there is an extra controller in the index.html besides the one loaded in via the routing stuff
the folder structure I did as following:

But I always get:
while when I remove the ng-controller. my app works perfectly, so it's not a config option any clue / hint on why this is happening?
