This isn't the root of the issue [OAuth2Presenter](https://github.com/drahak/Restful/blob/fe381abf8ca95bdf4608f2f0120c132ef49886b1/src/Drahak/Restful/Application/UI/OAuth2Presenter.php#L26) is implementing `Drahak\OAuth2\Application\IOAuthPresenter` which is listed as [dev dependency](https://github.com/drahak/Restful/blob/fe381abf8ca95bdf4608f2f0120c132ef49886b1/composer.json#L31).

Both pulls are extending cloud-config.yaml (tested properly on 1GB and 512MB ubuntu 14.04 and debian 7.0 x64). It worked on 512MB today so I am happy.
