Add support for read confirmation
Maybe something like ✔️ or ✅ on Discord

Moved to the next minor version, because I want to merge 2.4.0 now Also there's much more work to do than I was hoping because you can't edit other's messages
I personally don't see this working very well, or really any need for it. The bot can't give multiple reacts to show how many people have read it, and it can't edit other people's message to add a text footer, the only thing I can think of where this could work is by having a single reaction where it reacts with a :one:, then when it gets a second read receipt it removes the :one: and replaces it with a :two:, etc.
And in a large group chat, read receipts are pretty useless anyway. They're really only useful in the way facebook displays them, and in very small groups.
Maybe adding reaction like fortepc said, but when the group is small (~6) instead of numbers, add reactions with the profile picture on the last message that the person read.
I thought about pictures reactions, but then it'd need to add them as server emoji, which will be available to all members and it would be kinda weird
