Dockerize the project

Dockerizing the project decreases the entry barrier for new developers (I guess?) and allows easier CI/CD integration. Also improves scaling and reliability if we ever get to use multiple servers etc.

Probably a new label for repo quality could be useful. No idea which label to use here.
