chore: Refactor to increase testability

Right now we more have something like integration test. The tests are calling the CLI and checking the output.

This takes some time and current tests don’t cover the whole process.

  • [x] Refactor to make it possible to mock things
    • Guess this is done in #7 and #9
  • [ ] Update tests
