Variables from subfields are not correctly recovered

Hi! I have a query with variables in the main query but also in a subfield. When the query is created, the subfields' variables are not included in the request. I think it comes from https://github.com/mirumee/ariadne-codegen/blame/11bfe35bd62b2489927e0e93c6891bccc29c7f37/ariadne_codegen/client_generators/dependencies/base_operation.py#L148 where the result is not saved into a variables and passed to formatted_variables.update beneath.
