Miru support iOS

Most feature are working properly, but have not been strictly tested and may have bugs.

  1. bt server may not work properly
  2. anilist may not function properly

@Tokyonth hey, can you also add the IPA build jobs to the workflows: Dev Build CI & Release CI? have you tested the video based extension, if so how was the player support?

I can package the IPA, currently the comics and novels seem to be working fine, I need more testing to make sure the videos are working, I have joined the miru tg group.
