Extensions listed as not installed

Brief summary

After downloading the windows latest version I attempted to download some extensions from the repository however the extensions do not appear in the search tab and the tab says not extensions downloaded. Of course I attempted to download multiple extensions so I suppose it's not an extension issue but rather an app one. Here is a screenshot of the errors:
