add `default Quality` option

Describe your suggested feature

Add an Quality option in the settings to default a defined quality/resolution to be loaded when opening a content instead of the higher quality as current one which is present.

let's say that i set the quality as 720p in the settings, then whenever I open any video the app will try to match it or similar resolution, if that quality is not available then the app can open the higher quality as it is now.
