Self-hosted gateway APIs feature

Hello @mirsaeedi. No rush on this one: APIM provides self-hosted gateway, and associating APIs with particular gateway(s). We are interested in using this feature in the near future, I am looking into it and can submit a PR when I have one ready for one of the upcoming releases.
