[Feature request] Shutter angle for RAW Video

It would be great to have an option in the settings to use a shutter angle instead of a shutter speed, like on cinema cameras (360°, 270°, 180° etc.)

Thats pretty good but realistically who swaps fps so often that it is a problem to set it to 1/50 or /60. I do miss shutter of 1/48 for 24fps and maybe separate adjustment for lightbulbs that produce wavy interference on image if shutter is not sychronised with powe outlet hz like 50 in eu or 60 in us.
