UI is missing for metadata replacements / necessity of saving it

It is very confusing for newcomers that previously saved metadata replacement mapping is being used although there is no UI as of now. It took me a while to realize why new entries I added in constructor aren't being used :snail:

Is this issue still open? If not, I'd like to close it...
