Sonoff R2 Dual Stopped Working After Wi-Fi Configuration

• Operating System: Mac OS
• Python Version: 3.6.6
• Sonoff model: Dual R2
• Sonoff firmware version: 2.0.1
• I have read the README, and understand that SonOTA does not work with the latest Sonoff firmware:

After all steps seem to work properly, I got to the Wi-Fi configuration screen (after connecting to sonoff-**** AP). Entered the settings of my Wi-FI network and got to this screen: https://i.imgur.com/7ClEA73.png

After the supposedly restart, the device stopped responding, the LED is not blinking or turned on and I cannot see any Wi-Fi networks from the device.

Same thing happened to 2 Sonoff R2 Dual devices.

Any advice?
