[Feature Request] Themed / Monochrome App Icon

Since Android 13, the user can request an App's Themed / Monochrome Variant for the launcher if it's mentioned in the app's Adaptive Icon manifest.

I'd like to work on this, but it would require having a VectorDrawable / source SVG file of the app's icon to do so.
