Arabic Interface and Page Marker

I love the Prayer Time in the app, it is the best and only working open-source app.

I think an Arabic interface is important for the app so, I'm ready to help if you need a hand with the translation.
The bookmark and tags are great, but a separate and quick page marker would be very helpful.
