Insane GPU loading

I have been using this program for several days almost around the clock. Maybe it's a coincidence, but here's what I noticed: When I leave the computer, returning, I hear noise, I go to the task manager to see what is loading my computer, and I see such a picture that World Downloader loads almost all the available graphics card power.

It also sometimes happens that the video card is loaded right during the game, and this is also World Downloader. Chunks don't load, don't change, I can just stand still, maybe fish, or just run around within my house.

Even when I fly elytras, there is not such a big load on the video card.

Of course, I had suspicions that your program is a miner, but I saw almost 1000 stars and several contributors.

I would like to get a more specific answer, why does this program need my video card, and why is the load so high? And why does it happen at such strange moments?
