Localhost problem (Solved)

Hello! So I was trying to use MDW and when I was done setting up everything in up I clicked start. It opened blank map and as instruction said I joined localhost:25565. But when I tried to join it said unknown host and when I tried again but intend of "localhost:25565" I typed "localhost" and it still didn't work. What should I do to fix it.
