Loading the downloaded world regenerates the chunks

After downloading the world, I copy the files over to my .minecraft saves folder and open the world to see the chunks regenerate. I have tried using MCA selector to copy the chunks over to a new world but they still regenerate. Screenshot 2023-04-29 130846
