Saved Chunk verification

It would be useful (possibly a toggle somewhere) to be able to tell what chunks have actually been saved, attempting to download an area resulted in missing chunks even when they showed up in the minimap, and were even traveled through during the download phase.

In some cases moving far enough from the start point results in the starting point not being saved at all.
