Replay mod.

I have a friend who reset and wiped his entire smp minecraft server and used the same ip for a challenge video on youtube, and I luckily have replays of the smp. I have seen online that you can use this program to convert replays to a singleplayer world. But none of them had specific directions. There are other mods, but the version is outdated. The server was 1.17. And this is the only program I could find that supports that version. I dont know what to do. Please help me if you can.
