Describe the bug When downloading a world in multiple sessions, the existing saved content of containers is discarded

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a new downloading session pointed at a world with a storage room. Since the world downloader doesn't automatically grab containers, open each chest to view the contents, and save the container inventory.

  2. Exit the world, and Save&Exit the world downloader.

  3. Open the saved world in singleplayer. Observe that all the chests you opened have had their inventory content saved.

  4. Exit singleplayer, run the world downloader again pointed at the same world as in step 1.

  5. Open only one chest. Or open no chests.

  6. Exit the world, and Save&Exit the world downloader.

  7. Open the saved world in singleplayer. Observe that all the chests you have NOT opened in the most recent downloading session are now empty.

I'm also having this issue with v1.17.3 and 1.19.4 This problem makes saving large worlds like the one I'm working on unpleasant...
