Errors noted in config.plist generated by deploy.sh

I've been doing some comparisons between configs.plists (both before and after I ran deploy.sh). Do not know if they cause any issues with Clover Configurator (like Rehabman recommends, we shouldn't be editing the config.plist with that app). Just noting what I've found as a running list (to be updated as I find stuff):

2018-01-31 ACPI/AutoMerge was different (the deploy.sh generated version had a String instead of Boolean value)--should be: AutoMerge
