(v2.0.0-beta.6) Massive Lag when using Copy or Fill

Hey there, first of all, thank you for your commitment to this awesome mod!

I wanted to use the Beta6 for 2.0 to copy/fill my sorter system with many splitters and belts. Selecting the area works well, like the live version. When selecting Fill, Copy or for that matter going the other route with recipes and placing those, my fps drop to sub 1 fps.
