Eyedrop tool not working on copied objects

When a building has been copied, the copied structures can not be eyedropped (default middle mouse button).

Steps to reproduce: Copy a foundation, paste it somewhere Use the eyedrop feature on the pasted foundation The foundation will not be eyedropped
