Add support for ERN 3.4.1, 3.7.1, 3.8.1, 3.8.3, and DdexC

This draft pull request represents our efforts to include additional versions covered by the dedex repo. Please feel free to provide any feedback on our implementation of this. We would like to get this merged into the miqwit/dedex repo so we don't end up duplicating efforts and diverging too much.
