Aggregate plugin overview table is empty

Describe the bug When creating an aggregate report, the plugin overview table on the configuration page is empty.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Reports' > 'Aggregate Report'
  2. Select any OOI
  3. Select any report type
  4. You should now see an empty table

Expected behavior A filled table should be visible.
