animation of opacity gui bug

when animating a layer opacity the slider of opacity in the gui is not reflecting the animated value. to reproduce: animate some layer opacity to end at 0.6 expected: in the gui the opacity slider should be at 0.6 actual: the layer opacity is 0.6 but the slider is at 100%
