Z offset

Open Simone-Brotto opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

Hi, is there an options to put an offset in Z values? In this image DTM values sit around 1400 m above sea level. I would like to have the render starting something around 1300 m above sea level. Thank you, best regards. QGIS 3.28.0 Qgis2threejs 2.7.1 1

your screenshot looks wrong, are you using a correct CRS?

Z shift option in scene settings dialog was removed in the development for version 2.7 and since then camera height is automatically adjusted when no object exists in center of screen.

Try zooming to the extent of the DEM to fill the map canvas with the DEM, or create a polygon layer that represents the valid extent of DEM values and clip the DEM using it in the DEM properties dialog. The cliff will disappear and the camera position will be automatically adjusted.
