Target specific fields added to node

Hi there,

looking into this module. Looks nice. It could be the basics for an approach I need. But it's not clear to me how to target specific entity reference fields added to nodes like mine is called 'field_supplier' which references nodes of content type 'supplier' Hope you can help me out...?
