Nothing surprising. I (and some others) advised to Johan and Gusy to put friendly link on match page to those who still didn't arrange friendly. That link would redirect them to challenge page and if they have ML they could accept challenge, but if not then they could be redirected to pool (if they click on link in middle of challenge page).
And one other advice was to make notification to non supporters if they had been challenged. I (f.e.) challenge Turkey or Finland non supporters (they only don't have friendly in that time) on Tuesday 2pm HT time and many don't see the challenge because low number of users check challenge page or go on MyHT page before log out to view if someone challenged them (in team activities box). So I advised to them to make same notification like for mails near MyHT word where usually is written notification about HT mails but just different color.
One CHPP programmer said that it takes just 1 hour to make this 2 things, but HT staff don't like (didn't say nothing about it) this idea (don't know why) and isn't now priority. But not gonna happen.

the challenges count should be visible now to non-supporters, please confirm
might add something like the red mail/forum counter at the top

I have probably already asked - memory's a bitch :)
Would it be possibe to include tournaments (that you are invited to) and also challenges to the #module= NewMail somehow?
Or making a new module for them? Dunno what the smartest move would be.
I didn't have a challenge active atm, but you get the point
