Cleanup obsolete prefs

E.g.

LinksFeed.* Markers.*

Ideally need to go over the whole codebase to find those.

Need some kind of transactional upgrade system (ala DB migration) to clean up after ourselves.

also need a mechanism to purge prefs on upgrade

possible to do the above on upgrade as well, if reliable but probably not, since communication is async
