Build windows installer with inno setup 5/6, no iss file

I followed your tutorial, everything worked perfectly, i can launch pgModeler without issues. I'm stuck at the "Build pgModeler 0.9.0 for Windows 64-bit" step. I can't find the pgmodeler.iss file...
