Metrics: Automate Capture of Modernisation Platform costs

User Story As a team we need to be able to capture metrics to help us understand our progress. One of these metrics is around cost - specifically cost per application

We also need to break it down by application - ideally showing how cost is changing

Value We want to be able to show the cost per application running so we need the full costs/month against each application/environment the data to be extracted

We can then build some excel based reports using the data extracted

We have an adequate way of doing this manually. Ideally we would still automatically capture the costs, but for now this is on hold due to other priorities
