Based on the previous canvas session, Sean to build a manual billing dashboard - nothing fancy, google sheets probably - that can be updated on a monthly basis and shared with users.

Level of granularity - cost per application total, broken down into cost by account.

All applications should be shown - these wont' be distributed individually.
