Make authentication easier

Background

Users need to authenticate to the cluster.

The current process means that users config can exist for 30 days. That introduces some security risk.

To mitigate that risk we'd want to have config last for 24 hrs or less. However, as users would need to authenticate more regularly we would need to improve the process for this to ensure that is is still robust, but also provide a good user experience.

This is a spike to look into how we might use the CLI to improve the authentication process
