Background

Update runbook: Get an audit log from modsec, to get the audit log from the new v1 modsec ingress controller

Proposed user journey

The pod names for modsec_v1 are different to the modsec01 ingress controller, so the current runbook will not work to get the logs for the modsec_v1 ingress controller. Update runbook: Get an audit log from modsec, to get the audit log from the new v1 modsec ingress controller

We now can see logs in kibana for the modsec_v1 ingress controller. Updating the current guide is useful if we have any issues viewing the logs in kibana
