FIREBREAK: How could external user host something on the Cloud Platform

Background

To be a user of the Cloud Platform you need to be a member of the. oJ GitHub Organisation.

How could we enable users who are not a member of the MoJ GitHub org to use the Cloud Platform. Example users - External Collaborators or other Government Depts.

This is a spike to look at technical feasibility and to identify things we would need to think about.

Questions / Assumptions

• Assumes that External party has their own GitHub Org and is familiar with how to use GitHub.
