Using URI schemes for scanning a digital certificate

Making an URL scheme like “verifica-c19://“ for different cases (like scanning a normal dgc or a reinforced dgc (could be verifica-c19://scan/reinforced), opening the settings (verifica-c19://settings) or just opening the app (verifica-c19://)), especially for scanning a dgc (I was thinking for verifica-c19://dgc/BASE64_OF_QR_CODE)

Problem and motivation

a use case could be putting the dgc in a nfc tag, to be scanned and checked, for when (for example) your phone cannot be turned on and you don’t have a physical copy, or just an iOS shortcut to open the scanner
