Feature description

Allow external iOS applications to leverage VerificaC19 QR Code scan and validation process. A dual version of the Android SDK or a similar feature in an iOS-fashion to enable validation starting from a third app.

Problem and motivation

The great effort done on the Android version allowed to open Verifica C19 to many scenarios. In particular the Android SDK enabled the possibility illustrated here: it-dgc-verificaC19-android: issues#68.
