Collecting the revocation list from scratch today (10/01/22) reports this

but according to https://github.com/pcm-dpc/COVID-19 (visualization here: https://opendatadpc.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/b0c68bce2cce478eaac82fe38d4138b1 ) there are
1,943,979 individuals currently infected.

In my understanding the key totalNumberUCVI is the number of vaccinated GP currently infected + people under attention (people in close contact with the disease). Is this number really less than 10% of current infections or am I misunderstanding its meaning?

Basically what I understand is that this revocation list is not working at all. Currently infected people is going up and totalNumberUCVI is going down (it was about 300.000 on version 29 a few days ago).

I don't have any news on why it's not working though.

The totalNumberUCVI value shows the number of perm (<2k counterfeit&leaked) + temp (bc positive-test record in TS) revoked UVCI with related hashes into the latest DRL version-snapshot update. Current version (36) reconciliation count is indeed 219075 (owing to 39698 insertions & 14409 deletions from version 35).

Temp-revoked entry list is updated daily - according to TS->PN-DGC automatic (system-to-system) & manual (healthcare operators) sync/update flows/batches = technical annexes B (chapter 2) & C (chapters 11,15) - DPCM 17/12/2021.

This means that :

• There are no temp-revokes for those people with positive-test records in TS, but without valid/not-expired DGC (according to PN-DGC check/match with TAX ID / name-surname-dob)

• TS->PN-DGC sync/update is highly affected by manual (healthcare operators) sync/update activities' issues (delays & lack of submissions)

As long as the trend of the new daily positive cases was still below 40-50k, mismatches + moreover delays & lacks of TS->PN-DGC submissions were indeed less noticeable, compared to DRL daily additions' batches avg size.

Since December 29th such situations have become more noticeable, owing to the surge in new positive cases (more than 100k per day).
